One Direction and JLS spent the day with the 16 X Factor finalists this week, filming the new video for the charity single Wishing On A Star, which will raise funds for ACT & Children’s Hospices UK.
It seems both boy bands had lots of fun and got on fantastically.
Harry Styles told his Twitter fans, ‘Had a great time filming yesterday with @JLSOfficial and all the X Factor contestants. Cant wait to perform this week x’.
One Direction’s Niall Horan also Tweeted, ‘Video shoot for charity single was soo good! All contestants were soo cool ! @littlemixoffic nicest girls ! Supabbbaaaasse!”

One Direction have been criticised by X Factor viewers for urging their fans to keep in Frankie Cocozza.
It’s Louis Tomlinson in particular who has been coming under fire.
The boyband member posted on Twitter on Saturday: “Yes Frankie. A lot of people can sing not a lot of people can own a stage like him!”
“Come on lad. Wrong song choice. Still has great stage presence has the potential to be a star. Get behind Frankie!!”
Some viewers launched the hashtag #BlameLouis, with posts blaming the popular pop ground for the dismissals of Johnny Robinson and frontrunners The Risk.
One Direction, formed by judges on last year’s series, will return to the X Factor stage next weekend to perform their new single ‘Gotta Be You’.
Perhaps Frankie can thank them in person…
Capital FM have confirmed the lineup for the Sunday show of the Jingle Bell Ball on December 4th at London’s O2 Arena, and will include One Direction, JLS and Ed Sheeran.

You’ll all know by now that Harry Styles and Caroline Flack supposedly shared saliva not so long ago, and according to Star magazine, Harry’s mum Anne Cox is not happy about it whatsover!
Anne and Harry have a rather close relationship and we really respect the woman (not at all just because we want her to think we’re amazing potential daughter-in-laws…) so if we were Caroline we’d probably be a little scared right now!
Apparently Anne has warned Caroline: “Keep your hands off my son!”
A close family friend told Star: “Understandably, Anne doesn’t want Harry to end up getting hurt. Caroline is a worldly woman, who is never short of male attention. Anne just feels Harry needs to stick to girls his own age and says Caroline should back off!”
We’re pretty sure Harry won’t be getting hurt, have you seen the amount of women that are after him?!
What do you think? Is Anne right? Would you want to annoy Harry’s mum?

One Direction, JLS and Susan Boyle are among the acts due to perform at Children In Need 2011.
The boyband will open the show on November 18 with their new single ‘Gotta Be You’, with Susan Boyle due to sing a track from her new record Someone To Watch Over Me.
The Children In Need Collective, starring Gary Barlow, Ed Sheeran, Ms Dynamite, Labrintha and Tulisa Contostavlos, will also take to the stage, as well soon-to-split boyband Westlife.
Last year’s official single from JLS was a chart-topper, as was the 2009 release from Peter Kay’s Animated All Star Band.
Kylie Minogue, Jessie J and Cheryl Cole have filmed appeal clips for this year’s telethon, which will see long-running host Sir Terry Wogan team up with Tess Daly, Fearne Cotton and Alesha Dixon.
